These terms apply when you use this website or request service from Pahrump Valley Garage Door, LLC. By using the site or asking us for service, you agree to them.

Requests and estimates

Submitting the contact form or calling us is a request for service, not a binding contract. Work begins only after we agree with you on the scope and the price. Estimates are based on what we can see, and if we find additional damage once work starts we will tell you before doing anything that changes the price.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per job. Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree in writing to something else. We do not process payments through this website, and this website does not sell products online.

Warranty

Installation work carries a parts and labor guarantee as described on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on doors, openers, and springs are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, storms, or work performed by someone else.

Scheduling and cancellation

We do our best to arrive within the window we give you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call 775-513-3531 as early as you can.

Safety notice

Garage door springs and cables are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury. Nothing on this website is instruction to repair a door yourself. Please call a licensed technician.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Nye County, Nevada.
